Life Groups

“They devoted themselves to the apostle’s teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer…All the believers were together and had everything in common…Every day they continued to meet together…They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people.  And the LORD added to their number daily those who were being saved.”
Acts 2:42-47

It’s about connecting: with God, with each other, and with life!  When we connect, we find a source of strength and encouragement when we need it most!

Loving God together
Investing in each other
Forming friendships
Exploring God’s word together

By loving God together, we are able to hold each other accountable in our personal pursuit of a closer relationship with Christ and in developing and maintaining a Christ-like character.

By investing in each other, we serve each other, looking at what others need and showing the love of Christ to each other.

By forming friendships, we build a community in which everyone is comfortable and open to share in struggles and joys together.  We build relationships which are healthy and supportive.

By exploring God’s Word together, we are able to build relationships the way that God intended-relationship first with Christ then with each other.

The vision of Lifegroups is to become a family where no one feels alone and without hope and stays connected.

The purpose of Lifegroups is to provide an environment in which Christ-followers, new believers and seekers, are comfortable and able to grow in their walk with Christ by sharing life together.

Lighthouse offers many Lifegroups, most meeting every-other Sunday night in our homes.  If you are interested in learning more about Lifegroups or would like to become involved in one, please contact Pastor Chad Demers.
